THURSDAY'S THEMES TO GROW ON... Animals On the Farm

Here's a list of a few of  my favorite books for reading to younger children, PreK-2nd about Farm Animals.  But I like funny, silly books, make sure to find some informational, non-fiction books as well.  DKindersley has many titles and there are others too, such as this cute one called PIGS by Robin Nelson.
Pigs (First Step Nonfiction Farm Animals)

1. Farmer Duck by Martin Waddell and Helen Oxenbury about a lazy farmer, who makes this poor duck do all the work.  What will happen to the farmer after a while?
